Wyndham Residence, an Assisted Living Facility in Arroyo Grande, is seeking positive, compassionate, and dependable individuals to join our care team as Caregivers and Med-Techs. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates!

What You'll Do

Our caregivers and Med-Techs provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat every senior with dignity and respect. You will help create a warm, home-like environment while assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
• Positions Available: Full-time and part-time
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends

Applicants must be able to successfully complete the following:

• Live Scan background check
• Reference checks and required background screening
• Physical examination and TB clearance

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
