Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a PTA at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll work one-on-one with residents, helping them practice the movements that make daily activities safer and easier.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment following plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Guide residents through mobility training and therapeutic exercises

• Observe progress and communicate changes to the PT

• Document sessions and work with the care team to support residents' goals

Qualifications
