We're a Wisconsin-based fiber construction contractor hiring a laborer for our underground directional drilling crew in the Green Bay-Appleton area.

You're home every night. No hotels, no living out of a truck for three weeks, no chasing per diem across three states. Local work, year-round.

No experience? That's fine. If you've worked construction, landscaping, or any hands-on outdoor job, you already have the foundation. We'll teach you the rest.

You'll be installing fiber-optic conduit and cable - the infrastructure that keeps the internet running. Fiber construction isn't slowing down. Every city, every neighborhood needs it. Get in now and build a career, not just a paycheck.
