Job Description:

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for full-time or part-time positions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in treating individuals, couples, and families affected by substance use and domestic violence. Candidates must also be qualified to provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy.
• Work with a diverse client population affected by substance abuse and domestic violence.
• Participate in the development and implementation of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for clients dealing with substance abuse and domestic violence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning discussions.
• Supervise pre-licensed clinical staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid LCSW license + 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician.
• Experience in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills.

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually for full-time employment, depending on experience and supervisory responsibilities. Part-time compensation: $40–$48 per hour worked. Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
