Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a PTA for Langdon Place of Keene. You'll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them practice movement skills that support safer, more confident days.

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Practice walking, balance, transfers, and strengthening with residents

• Monitor how residents respond to activity and share updates with the PT

• Work with nursing and the rehab team to coordinate treatment

• Document each session and residents' progress

Qualifications
