Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a COTA at Villa Crest Nursing Center. You'll help residents practice the daily activities they want to manage more independently, providing hands-on treatment under an Occupational Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Work with residents on dressing, grooming, coordination, and other functional tasks

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT

• Help residents use adaptive strategies during therapy sessions

• Observe progress and communicate changes to the OT and care team

• Document treatment and resident responses

Qualifications
