LTC Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist at Ingraham Manor Nursing Home. You'll work with residents on mobility goals that support their day-to-day lives, from moving safely between rooms to regaining strength after a hospital stay.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans around their individual goals

• Provide therapy for walking, balance, strength, and transfers

• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as residents' needs change

• Document care and coordinate with nursing and other therapists

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license
