Stern Therapy Consultants is looking for a PRN PTA at Autumn Lake at Windsor. You'll step in when the rehab team needs coverage and help residents keep working toward their mobility goals through consistent, hands-on treatment.

What You'll Do

• Provide therapy under treatment plans developed by the supervising PT

• Practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises with residents

• Watch for fatigue, pain, or changes in performance and update the PT

• Coordinate session timing with the care team around residents' daily needs

• Document treatment and each resident's response

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Attentive communication and accurate documentation skills
