For 80 years our company has remained a locally and family-owned business with aspirations for continued growth. To continue with this growth, we are adding a Residential Comfort Consultant to our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue by consulting with homeowners to assess their HVAC system replacement/addition needs and recommend solutions that fit these needs within the scope and budget of the project. You will partner with our operations and vendor partners to deliver accurate system recommendations, smooth installations, and a positive customer experience. Success requires a balance of technical knowledge, relationship-based selling, along with accountability for sales targets, pipeline management, and consistent performance. We are looking for someone with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills who enjoys the thrill of closing the sale.

Requirements for a Residential Comfort Consultant:

• Minimum five (5) years of Residential HVAC replacement sales, or equivalent sales experience with home renovation / replacement projects.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems preferred but not needed.
• Strong relationship building skills with a focus on identifying the homeowners' needs and proposing solutions to meet those needs.
• Willingness and availability to work after hours to meet with homeowners.
• Energetic and engaging personality with the ability to collaborate closely with customers, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable and able to complete physical tasks such as climbing ladders and accessing roofs to gather the required information to provide detailed proposals.
• Valid driver's license issued in the state of residence, with the ability to be insured.
