Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental care and patient education
• Deliver services in both clinic and mobile environments
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and care coordination teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives and documentation standards
• Participate in community outreach efforts

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license (Illinois)
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable)
• Passion for community health and access-to-care initiatives
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a flexible, team-based environment
