Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a PTA to join Civita Care Center at Cheshire. You'll help residents build confidence with everyday movement, providing treatment that supports both short-term recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Carry out individualized treatment plans under a Physical Therapist's direction

• Guide residents through exercises, gait training, and transfer practice

• Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the supervising PT

• Reinforce mobility techniques residents can use during daily routines

• Record treatment and collaborate with nursing and fellow therapists

Qualifications
