Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist at Andover Forest. You'll provide care for residents with a range of rehabilitation needs, helping them improve mobility and work toward meaningful goals in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate movement, strength, balance, and activity tolerance

• Establish treatment goals tied to residents' daily routines and recovery needs

• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and transfer instruction

• Recommend mobility devices and teach safe techniques

• Reassess progress and communicate care recommendations to the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain timely evaluations and treatment documentation

Qualifications
