Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PTA at Autumn Lake at Patuxent River. You'll work with residents during rehabilitation and ongoing skilled nursing care, helping them practice the physical skills needed to move through their day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatment following the supervising Physical Therapist's plan

• Help residents practice walking, transfers, balance, and strengthening

• Reinforce safe use of walkers and other prescribed mobility devices

• Observe residents' responses and discuss changes with the PT

• Document care and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team

Qualifications
