(TRA) in Lowell, AR is looking for experienced Reefer Technicians / Transport Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. We're also interested in experienced Diesel Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, Trailer Technicians, and Heavy-Duty Technicians who have strong mechanical and diagnostic skills and want to develop their expertise in transport refrigeration. Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems Service and repair APUs and diesel-powered heaters Diagnose and repair truck cab A/C and HVAC systems Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement Perform road service calls and participate in an on-call rotation after training Use OEM diagnostic software, test equipment, shop tools, hoists, and other service equipment Complete repairs within standard repair times while maintaining quality and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment 🎓 Experienced Diesel Technicians – We'll Train You in Refrigeration You don't need years of refrigeration experience to join TRA. If you already have a strong background as a Diesel Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Trailer Technician, Heavy-Duty Technician, HVAC Technician, or Automotive Technician, we'll provide training to help you develop specialized transport refrigeration and Thermo King skills.
