Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Thermoforming Machine Operator with manufacturing experience to operate thermoforming and plastic-processing equipment, perform roll changes, and support efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines.
- Load and change material rolls.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
- Maintain production records and minimize waste.
- Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience operating thermoforming or similar plastic-processing equipment.
- Experience with machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
