We are looking for motivated, outgoing professionals who know how to build relationships, communicate effectively, follow up, and ask for the sale.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider strong sales professionals from other commission-based industries.

Previous experience in automotive sales, powersports, RV, furniture, wireless, retail, home improvement, real estate, or another commission-based sales environment can translate well into this position.

EARNING POTENTIAL

$5,000–$15,000+ PER MONTH

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating a professional and personalized buying experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  
• Build rapport and understand customer needs
  
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
  
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
  
• Respond to Internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  
• Follow up with leads and previous customers
  
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and customer information
  
• Prospect for new business
  
• Develop repeat and referral customers
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
  
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries
  
• Stay current on Ford products, promotions, and incentives
  
• Participate in training, meetings, and dealership events
  
• Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for motivated sales professionals, not just people with a specific job title.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Some automotive sales experience preferred
  
• Previous sales or commission-based experience
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Ability to build relationships quickly
  
• Strong follow-up and prospecting skills
  
• Confidence asking for the sale
  
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership
  
• Basic computer and CRM skills
  
• Valid Arizona driver's license
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
  
• Must be 21 years of age or older
  

Bilingual Spanish is a plus — not required.
