Candidates must have significant experience litigating wage and hour class and PAGA claims and must have excellent writing and legal analysis skills. Attorneys work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate and/or senior counsel to be able to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision-making and handling of advanced tasks.
