I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in executive banking. After seeing several friends (and eventually my wife), build successful careers as State Farm agents, I decided to pursue agency ownership myself.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Jared Spencer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
