Software Engineer - Angular/Javascript -  20+ yrs of Experience (PARTIAL TELEWORK) - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required - BT

Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Software Engineer with front-end development experience. 


Location: Annapolis Junction, MD/Hybrid 
Travel Required: No
Shift: Day
Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework dependent on tasking)
Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI
Polygraph: Required


Salary Range


The projected compensation range for this position is 233K-246K  (annualized USD).

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.





Requirements

Required Skills
  • AngularJS /NodeJS
  • JavaScript build frameworks (npm, gulp)
  • Java/Python
  • Mongo DB / Elasticsearch
  • Serving as the technical lead of multiple software development teams
  • Development of software solutions by analyzing system performance standards
  • Assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components
  • Designing, developing, and modifying software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design
  • Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software
  • Writing or reviewing software system documentation

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree with seventeen (17) years of software engineering experience 
  • OR a Bachelor’s degree with twenty (20) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university 
  • OR a High School Diploma or GED with twenty-four (24) years of software engineering experience.
