Job Description: CloudCover has a customer seeking a Part-Time Support Technician for a 6 month 100% onsite position located in Doylestown, PA. This would be working a full (8) hour day each Monday starting at 8AM with the possibility of hours growing based on the growth of the organization. This would be standard onsite support but the client highlighted that specific experience and comfort with unplugging and plugging things back in in server room and zoom room support.

Qualifications:

• 3 years professional experience.
• Software troubleshooting background in a Microsoft environment
• Hardware troubleshooting background on desktops, laptops and tablets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
