Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional with HHA or CNA Certification to provide exceptional care to our client in the Hammond and Portage area. The ideal candidate will be available for night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes
Assist with daily living activities
Support clients with housekeeping tasks
Assist with medication reminders
Transport Client (if needed)
 

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 year experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or home health aide
Must have an HHA/CNA License
Must have reliable transportation and insurance (Must be willing to drive for the client)
Recent TSpot results, Two-step TB/PPD tests or equivalent blood tests within the last year
CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Card - issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
