Material Handler – Manufacturing

Davico Manufacturing is a growing local manufacturer in New Bedford, MA, looking to add dependable Material Handlers to our team.

This is a hands-on position that supports our production and warehouse operations. We are willing to train the right candidate and are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gather and stage materials for production

• Retrieve, organize, and store production fixtures

• Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties

• Cut exhaust pipes to specified lengths according to work instructions

• Support production departments as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred

Davico manufactures more than 3,500 direct-fit catalytic converters and exhaust products that are shipped throughout the United States.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shift
Overtime: When available
Additional Pay: Attendance bonus available
