Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our teaching team. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive classroom environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
As a Teacher Aide, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Teacher Aide, you will:
Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
Supervise and engage with children to support their growth and learning
Prepare and organize classroom materials
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available
Schedule Options:
Full-time: 8-hour shifts
Part-time: 3+ hours/day
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
