Make a Difference Where It Matters Most — In the Lives of Students
North Homes Children & Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Trainee or fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) to provide mental health services within the Bemidji School District.
Bring your clinical skills into a setting where you can make a meaningful difference every day. As part of our school-based mental health team, you’ll work directly with children, adolescents, and families in a collaborative school environment—helping students strengthen emotional regulation, build coping skills, develop healthy relationships, and improve their overall well-being.
Your work will go beyond the therapy room. By providing accessible mental health support where students spend their day, you’ll help them build the skills they need to be successful at school, at home, and in their community.
Whether you’re a clinical trainee working toward independent licensure or an experienced licensed clinician looking for meaningful work, this role offers an opportunity to grow professionally, build strong connections with students and families, and see the direct impact of your work.
Grow your career. Support students. Make a difference.
