The Oshkosh Community YMCA is looking for a Property Director to lead the care and maintenance of our 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni-Y-Co properties. This is more than a maintenance role. Qualifications: High School Diploma required Valid Wisconsin Driver's License Two or more years of management experience preferred Knowledge of building management and facility operations Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire
