Commercial Roofing Superintendent

About the role

Feazel is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to run flat roofing projects in the field. This is a senior role for someone who has spent years leading crews, solving problems on the roof, and delivering TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Modified Bitumen projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

What you'll do

• Run commercial roofing projects from mobilization through closeout
• Direct field crews and subcontractors on the jobsite
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and schedules
• Oversee installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Modified Bitumen systems to manufacturer specifications
• Evaluate roof conditions and troubleshoot leaks, drainage, flashing details, and system failures
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control reviews
• Keep projects on time and within budget, and keep customers satisfied

What you bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Hands-on flat roofing experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Modified Bitumen
• Experience leading commercial roofing crews and projects
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing safety requirements
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 

Nice to have

• Prior Superintendent, Foreman, or Operations leadership experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Experience with general contractors and large commercial projects
