Open the car door to your future with Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships!  Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team!  *SCHEDULE INCLUDES SOME EVENING AND WEEKENDS, 5-DAY WORK WEEK*  A Day in the Life of a Finance Assistant (but not limited to):  Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.  Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines  Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.  Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements  Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission  Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.  Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent  Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required  Excellent verbal/written communication skills  Attention to details and strong organizational skills  Must have valid driver’s license    Blaise Alexander offers its full-time employees and their family’s benefits packages and tools you need to be successful.
