<h1>How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:</h1>Hours: Flexible day/hours/shifts The CT (Computed tomography) Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis of patients.

The CT (Computed tomography) Technologist<ul><li>Operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality images.</li><li>Works with physicians, other healthcare providers and patients.</li><li>Performs IV contrast injections and other skills as required.</li><li>Evaluates and positions patients.</li><li>Interprets information needed to identify each patient’s requirement and/or specific needs and provides care per applicable policy and procedures. </li><li>Interacts with patients, families, visitors and all members of the healthcare team to develop, coordinate and manage the plan of care. </li><li>Assists patients with scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing Trains students and staff as assigned.</li><li>May need to travel to other Carilion facilities to meet patient needs. </li></ul><ul></ul>

<h1>What We Require:</h1>Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology. Experience: none Licensure/Certification: Must be CT registered within one year of hire. Compensation Range:$33.52 - $50.28Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
