Reach Truck Driver / Inventory Associate

Location: Windsor, CT
Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Reach Truck Driver for a full-time warehouse position in Windsor, CT. This role requires strong reach truck experience along with hands-on experience performing inventory, cycle counting, and RF scanning.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials
• Pick, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse
• Perform inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Use an RF scanner/gun to track products and inventory movement
• Verify product quantities and warehouse locations
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Reach truck experience required
• Inventory and cycle counting experience required
• RF scanner/gun experience required
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
