Department: Food & Beverage

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time

Locations: Casual and Fine Dining Locations – Tram Dock, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper’s Restaurant

Job Duties

• Greets and seat guests
• Strategizes floor plan arrangements and managers waitlist
• Effectively communicates with all servers and restaurant staff
• Takes reservations and assists customers over the phone
• Makes sure menus are ready and presentable
• Maintains cleanliness of restaurant
• Completes all side work tasks including stocking and cleaning
• Assists servers and bussers
• Provides excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding guests’ needs
