Make hands-on rehabilitation part of your PRN schedule. Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge, helping skilled nursing residents improve movement and work toward functional goals under the supervising Physical Therapist's direction.

What You'll Do

• Implement the PT's plan of care through prescribed exercises and mobility activities.

• Help residents develop strength, balance, and endurance for everyday movement.

• Provide gait training and practice transfers and bed mobility with appropriate assistance.

• Reinforce safe use of mobility devices while following individual precautions.

• Report changes in symptoms, function, and treatment tolerance to the supervising PT.

• Keep treatment notes current and coordinate with nursing and rehab staff on mobility strategies between sessions.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
