Schedule and locations

• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  
• Fridays are non-patient days, and we wrap up at 2:00 pm
  
• No evenings or weekends
  
• Our entire team works together at the same office each day: three days a week in St. Peters and two days in Creve Coeur

Leaders in DentalMonitoring

We're a leader in remote monitoring technology in the St. Louis area and beyond. Our patients scan their smiles from home each week using DentalMonitoring, and Dr. Varble reviews their progress between visits. That means patients come in only when they need hands-on care, which for most families is about half the office visits of a traditional practice. Dr. Varble teaches orthodontists from around the country how to use this technology, and practices travel to St. Louis to see how our team does it. You'll be joining an office that other offices come to learn from.

About the role

Our Scheduling Coordinator is often the first voice a patient hears and the person who keeps our day running smoothly. You'll manage the schedule for both of our offices, help patients and parents find appointment times that work, and work closely with our clinical team to keep the doctor's day balanced and on time.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and messages warmly and professionally 
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments 
• Follow up on missed, cancelled, and overdue appointments to keep treatment on track 
• Schedule new patient exams and make a great first impression
• Keep the schedule full and balanced by filling openings and managing the waitlist
• Greet patients and handle check-in and check-out as needed
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date in our practice management software
• Coordinate with the clinical and financial teams so patients get consistent information

What we're looking for

• Friendly, clear communicator who's comfortable on the phone all day
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple things at once
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Previous scheduling, front desk, or customer service experience
• Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
