1st shift.  Utilize maintenance software to complete preventative maintenance, and work orders within assigned timeframe. Preferred 2 years experience in facility maintenance ie.  electrical, plumbing, and hvac. 

Troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical skills, power tool operation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Subject to working inside and outside of hospital facilities.

Provide safe operation of snow removal equipment ie. plow truck, skid loader, snow blower and tractor  

Must have valid drivers license.
