Overview
We are a growing plumbing company looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our demo and excavation crews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and wants to build a career in the plumbing and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist excavation and demolition crews on residential and commercial job sites.
- Dig trenches and prepare work areas for plumbing installations and repairs.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Remove debris and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Assist with backfilling, grading, and site cleanup after projects are completed.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous trade experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license is required.
