This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting staff development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting exceptional patient care. Position Summary Under the direction of the Chief Clinic Officer, the Clinic Director is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and directing all functions of the Lake City Clinic. This position provides leadership for nursing staff, oversees clinic operations and budgets, ensures compliance with Rural Health Clinic and regulatory requirements, and drives quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical and business operations of the Lake City Clinic Direct, supervise, coach, and support nursing staff.
