Requirements

• Licensure: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (BSN preferred).
• Psychiatric or Home Health Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle with active automobile insurance.
• Safety: Current CPR certification and N95 Fit Test completion.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
• Dexterity: Continuous use of hands and fingers for clinical documentation and patient care.
• Lifting: Occasional lifting, pushing, or transferring of patients and equipment (>25 lbs).
• Hazards: Regular exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
• Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts, including morning and evening patient visits.
