We are a growing behavioral health & substance abuse treatment center seeking a dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in recovery. Perfect for those pursuing careers in mental health, addiction treatment, or social services.

Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Provide direct client care and supervision
• 📝 Complete intakes, documentation, and EMR data entry
• 🚶 Conduct rounds and monitor client behavior
• 🧪 Perform drug testing and assist with med pass
• 📋 Support program rules and client accountability
• 📣 Communicate with clinical and operations teams

Qualifications

• 🎓 High school diploma (required)
• 📜 CADC / Recovery Worker or in progress (preferred)
• ❤️ CPR & First Aid certified
• 💡 Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse (preferred)
