Plumbing Service and Sales Manager

Pronto Plumbing & Drain, Inc. is looking for a driven Plumbing Service and Sales Manager to lead and develop our plumbing service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional who enjoys being out in the field, developing people, working directly with customers, and helping a team turn great service into lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians while setting clear expectations for performance, professionalism, and customer experience
• Spend time in the field supporting technicians through complex service calls, customer conversations, and repair or replacement opportunities
• Develop a strong Selling Technician culture by coaching the team to confidently identify needs and present appropriate solutions to help our Customers and Families live a healthier, safer & more enjoyable life!
• Help technicians strengthen their technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to create value for customers. Competence builds confidence.
• Work closely with leadership to improve service performance, team development, processes, and customer satisfaction
• Lead engaging team meetings and training sessions that keep technicians informed, motivated, and focused on continuous improvement
• Maintain a high standard of accountability while creating a positive, energetic team environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• 2+ years in a plumbing leadership role, such as Service Manager, Field Supervisor, Lead Plumber, or similar
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing service, repair, replacement, and installation
• Experience coaching technicians in a customer-facing service environment
• Experience with residential plumbing sales or a Selling Technician model
• Strong customer communication skills and a professional, polished presence
• High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to spend significant time in the field
• Curious, accountable, and motivated by continuous learning and team development
• Sales or leadership training through Nexstar, Weldon Long, or a similar program is a plus
