Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is looking for motivated, energetic, and professional Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With over 500 vehicles in inventory, strong internet lead volume, and a nationwide customer base, we provide the tools and opportunities for you to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
