We are hiring for a VERY PART TIME (ONLY 5-8 HOURS PER WEEK) plant merchandising role. This position is about ONE HOUR per day serviced in the morning. This is an excellent supplemental income stream that pairs well with gig opportunities or other employment.

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

• Have a smart phone
• Work outdoors in all elements
• Have dependable transportation
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
• Assemble and tear down outdoor benching
• Understand and execute planograms
• Use workplace mobile apps
