Role Overview

At Elge Plumbing, there is a place for anyone who has a positive attitude, a strong focus on customer service, a good work ethic, and a desire to learn. We offer competitive pay and industry-leading benefits. Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring a Billing & Accounts Specialist to join our team in the Burlington area.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform billing, invoice generation, and financial reporting activities
• Ensure invoicing aligns with customer contracts and agreed terms
• Conduct revenue account analysis and perform reconciliations
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Maintain and improve billing procedures and processes
• Provide support to management and respond to auditor information requests

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in billing, finance, or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Strong financial and/or accounting background preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
