Job Details: Job Location: Location 1 - Pro Vision Solutions LLC - Byron Center, MI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Category: Installation - Maint - Repair, Summary of job:                                         The Installation Technician will represent the company and provide an industry leading level of quality installation and servicing of our products.  The Installation Technician will convey the most professional level of onsite customer service by providing expert installation and friendly customer interaction.  The Installer will enable the company to maintain a continued commitment to being the industry leader for product innovation, quality and services.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Standards, responsibilities and duties for this position:                                         Complete product installations according to procedures                                         Complete service work according to procedures                                         Utilize safe and defensive driving habits to maintain a clean driving record                                         Work at an efficient pace to maintain a competitive install and service cost for customers                                          Comply with all procedures and provide documented feedback of all deviations                                          Properly organize and maintain a spare parts inventory.                                         Maintain a clean and orderly work vehicle                                         Team player with a positive, professional and proactive attitude                                         Follow all company processes, policies and procedures                                         Methodical approach to work                                           Qualifications: Qualifications and work requirements for this position:                                         Have valid driver's license to drive company vehicle to customer locations and provide all required installation services to fulfill assignments                                         Must have 12 volt vehicle upfitting/outfilling installation knowledge including GPS and exterior and interior monitoring systems                                         Must be able to alternate from sitting to standing at will with the ability to climb steps/ladders, crouch and kneel as needed to complete installation tasks                                                                                  Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and 35 lbs. over head                                         Ability to fit in/under semi-confined space (inside and under vehicles) to complete installation processes                                         Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy of Target Times for assigned installations                                         Maintain a clean, driving record through safe and defensive driving to ensure the ability to be insured on corporate auto policy                                         Ensure installations are completed accouring to installation and service work orders                                         Ensure that customer approves all work with proper signatures in all agreements                                         Document all non-standard installations/service, proactively provide an appropriate solution and determine how the issue will be eliminated in the future                                                                                  Familiar with and have the ability to use microshoft office applications as needed                                         Maintain professoinal onsite appearance and provide professional customer communication                                          Provide the necessary paperwork and reports to the home office in a timely manner as required                                          Provide process improvement suggestions for any install/service aspect of the company                                         Must follow and adhere to all policies and procedures in the current version of the Pro-Vision Installation policy and procedure manual                                                                                  Additional requirements and duties as assigned within the company's best interest       We are Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at our company.
