THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE

• High Weekly Pay: Average $1,700 weekly.
• Pay Scale & Structure: Starting mileage pay at $0.80 per mile for 0–1 years, increasing by $0.01 per year to a max of $0.85 per mile. Backed by a 3-month guarantee pay after your first solo dispatch, $15 stop pay, and performance bonuses. Trainees earn $850.00 weekly.

ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS

• Operating across all Northeast states including New England and as far south as Virginia, serving multiple different customers rather than a single dedicated shipper.
• Freight Handling: Mix of live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks.
• Hiring Area: Open to drivers living within 300 miles of Syracuse, NY (Zip 13212), with hiring hubs across NY, MA, NJ, CT, and surrounding areas.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Weekly Home Time: Get back home once a week. Staying out one weekend allows your dedicated planner to maximize production and miles.
• Day and night shifts available with weekend work required and flexible earned time off whenever you prefer.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING

• Open to trainees and experienced first-seat drivers with zero required endorsements.
• Mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations utilizing hair follicle analysis and urinalysis testing.
