A healthcare facility located outside of Duluth, Minnesota is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to join their team! The details are below.

Pay: $65,000-$75,000/annually 

Billing Operations Manager Opportunity: 

• Full-time, direct hire position 
  
• Can be remote but must reside in the State of Minnesota 
  
• Day shift, Monday-Friday
  
• Great leadership and administration team! 
  
• Billing Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership of the Business Office, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer focused billing operations
  
• Oversees about 2-3 employees and reports to the Revenue Cycle Director
  

Billing Operations Manager Requirements: 

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in finance or another related field
  
• Must have at least 3 years of medical billing experience within a Critical Access Hospital setting 
  
• Must have at least 2 years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience 
  
• Preferable to have knowledge of medical coding
