Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
• Explain treatment plans and payment options
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions
• Follow up with new and existing patients
• Work closely with the orthodontist and team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Travel reliably between our office locations as needed

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations
