Turn rehabilitation goals into daily progress at Autumn Lake at Long View. Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on treatment for skilled nursing residents under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.

What You'll Do

• Implement the PT's established plan of care through exercises and functional mobility activities.

• Help residents improve strength, balance, and endurance for their daily routines.

• Guide walking, transfers, and bed mobility practice using appropriate assistance and prescribed equipment.

• Reinforce safe movement techniques with residents and caregivers while following individual precautions.

• Monitor treatment responses and report changes in symptoms, participation, or function to the PT.

• Document sessions clearly and coordinate with nursing and therapy colleagues to support mobility between treatments.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license.

• Ability to deliver individualized treatment within an established care plan.

• Strong observation, teamwork, and documentation skills.
