We are seeking Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts to join our growing team! Essential Functions Operate a miter saw to cut aluminum. Set up mills, drill presses, miter saws, and other equipment for secondary operations. Use jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate production. Perform other production jobs as needed in other departments, including shipping and welding. Follow established procedures, policies, laws, guidelines, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.  Qualifications: Basic Knowledge and Skills Experience operating a miter saw. Ability to accurately set measurements and angles. Ability to operate manual machining equipment, including mills, drill presses, and hand tools. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and assembly procedures. Ability to regularly lift heavy materials above head level.
