Launch your career in sales and management. Southeast Texas HR is hiring a Sales & Leadership Trainee for one of the nation's largest plumbing, HVAC, and industrial supply distributors. This paid, multi-year rotational program trains you in every part of the business, with mentoring from experienced managers, so you can grow into sales, operations, or branch management. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 7A-4P.

- Warehouse operations, shipping, and deliveries
- Counter sales and working with contractors
- Outside sales, pricing, quoting, and vendor relationships

Requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in customer service, sales, or leadership.
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including a drug test.
