What You'll Do

• Greet and assist every customer who walks onto the showroom or lot
• Help customers find the right vehicle by asking the right questions and listening
• Present and demo new and used vehicles with knowledge and professionalism
• Explain features, options, and benefits clearly
• Build real rapport — and learn to handle objections and close deals our way
• Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activity, and results

What You Bring

• No experience necessary — we prefer training the right person from scratch
• Comfortable with commission-based pay
• High energy and enthusiasm, all day
• Outgoing, friendly personality — especially when negotiating
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen
