🎨 What You’ll Do
- Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Provide a safe, loving environment where toddlers can learn and grow.
- Track developmental milestones and communicate with families.
- Lead and support assistant teachers.
- Incorporate sensory play, language development, and social-emotional learning.
- Maintain classroom safety and meet state licensing requirements.
💛 What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- 1–2 years of childcare experience.
- Knowledge of toddler development and classroom management.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- A positive attitude, a nurturing heart, and a passion for helping little minds grow!
